On the Day of Judgment, two of the questions are about money — how you earned it, and how you spent it (Sunan al-Tirmidhi 2417). Every single person will stand for that questioning.
The Muslim Investor exists to get you ready for it: money cleaned of Riba, time returned to worship, and your giving multiplied — because Sadaqah is a return that keeps compounding long after the markets, and you, are gone.
“The feet of a servant will not move on the Day of Judgment until he is asked about his life and how he spent it, his knowledge and what he did with it, his money — how he earned it and where he spent it — and his body and how he wore it out.”
The Prophet ﷺ · Jāmiʿ at-Tirmidhī 2417 · Grade: Ḥasan Ṣaḥīḥ
Open your phone, walk into any office, scroll any feed — the same instruction repeats until it sounds like common sense: your net worth is your self-worth. You only live once, so get yours. Money buys freedom, and freedom is being able to walk away from anyone. Get yours before someone else does.
This is the Dunya Paradigm. Nobody asked you to sign it. You picked it up without noticing — the way a child picks up the language spoken around him — from a world that runs on it.
And here is the part that should stop you: you are a Muslim. You already believe something that contradicts every line of it. But a belief sitting at the back of the mind doesn't run your decisions — the paradigm does. So you can spend years certain the Day of Judgment is coming, and still manage your money by the exact rules that have no answer when it arrives.
“...and competition in the increase of wealth and children... and the life of this world is nothing but the enjoyment of delusion.”
Qurʾān 57:20 (Al-Ḥadīd) · translation of the meaning
Set them side by side and the conflict is total. This is not a small adjustment. It is two opposite operating systems for the same life — and one side is written, black on white, in the Qur'an and the Sunnah.
Left: the claim, in the world's words. Right: the answer, in the exact words of the Qur'an and the Prophet ﷺ — quoted, referenced, and graded. Nothing on the right is our phrasing.

“But you prefer the worldly life, while the Hereafter is better and more lasting.”

One of these paradigms prepares you for the questioning. The other is the reason so many walk in unprepared. You cannot let one paradigm live on your tongue while the other runs your money.
You guard your prayer. You watch what you eat. You would never knowingly let haram into your home. But your income, your savings, what you invest in — for many of us, that is the one door we were never taught to check.
That is not a failing in you. It is a gap. But once you see it, it cannot stay at the back of your mind. The money question is coming for everyone — and getting a clean answer ready is one of the most concrete acts of worship available to you right now.
«الدُّنْيَا سِجْنُ الْمُؤْمِنِ وَجَنَّةُ الْكَافِرِ»
“The world is a prison for the believer and a paradise for the disbeliever.”

Seeing the trap is not the same as escaping it. The Dunya Paradigm runs on autopilot, and awareness alone does not switch it off. You need something to put in its place — a clear way of handling money that answers, step by step, to the Day of Judgment. That is what we built.
The Muslim Investor doesn't invest in the Dunya.
The Muslim Investor invests in the Akhirah.
The system is not a pile of tools. It is one path with three movements — lay the foundation, build the engine, then give. Each movement has a job, and each job answers to the same question coming on the Day of Judgment.
We don't just help you build the engine serving your Akhirah. We help you drive it.
Part One · The Foundation
You cannot build an engine for the Akhirah on a foundation you have never looked at. These four tools lay it — and they are free, because the foundation should be open to every Muslim, not gated.
What it is. A commitment, made consciously, to treat your money as something you will answer for.
Why it exists. Every deed begins with intention. A portfolio built without one is just activity — it cannot be worship. The Pledge turns a quiet unease into a clear intention, and gives everything after it a reason.
What it is. A way to find out what kind of Muslim investor you are — not a risk score, but the human being: your temperament, your family, your stage of life.
Why it exists. Every Muslim is commanded to seek his rizq lawfully — but there is no single path to it. The people of Paradise are called through different gates: the people of prayer through one, those who fasted through another, those who gave through another. In the same way, each Muslim has his own way of working toward his rizq, fitted to his circumstances. The Profile is the first step: knowing which path is yours. Build on the wrong one, and the portfolio pulls you toward the dunya — stress, distraction, attachment.
This is not to equate investing with those acts of worship — only to say that Allah made people different, with different strengths and different doors of good. Your financial path should respect that.
“Whoever was among the people of prayer will be called from the gate of prayer; ... whoever was among the people of fasting will be called from the gate of Ar-Rayyān; whoever was among the people of charity will be called from the gate of charity.”
The Prophet ﷺ · Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 1897 · Muslim 1027 · Ṣaḥīḥ
What it is. A quantified read of where you stand right now: your exposure to Riba, your debts, your savings, your family's overall financial picture.
Why it exists. You cannot build until you know where you stand. The Compass measures your situation and tells you plainly what to put right first — what to clear, what to settle, what to set aside — so that you become ready to build the engine. Direction before speed.
What it is. An honest report on what you already own — answering two questions at once.
Why it exists. First, purity: is what you hold halal, or is there haram to remove? That is the first duty — purification before growth. Second, fit: does what you hold actually match who you are (your Profile) and where you stand (your Compass)? The Mirror shows both — what to clean, and what no longer fits the Muslim you are.
After the Foundation
Your intention is conscious. You've named, before Allah, what your money is for.
You know your path. The kind of Muslim — the kind of steward — you actually are.
You know where you stand. Your Riba, your debt, your savings — measured, not guessed.
You've seen your holdings in the light. What to purify, and what no longer fits you.
You walked in carrying a vague worry about your money. You walk out with clarity, a clean place to begin, and a real answer starting to take shape. You are no longer guessing. You are ready to build.
Part Two · The Engine · $9/month
This is the members' side. With your foundation set, you build a real portfolio — halal instruments, shaped to your circumstances, working quietly for your Akhirah. But a portfolio built once and left alone goes stale: conditions change, and so do you. So this is not a one-time design you pay for once and watch drift. It is an ongoing, weekly assist — and that is what the nine dollars a month is for.
Every week · about fifteen minutes
How the conditions changed. We read the macro weather for you — what moved, what matters — so you never have to sit and watch the markets yourself.
What it means for you. The system indicates what is in alignment for your profile, drawing on the halal asset classes that may fit different circumstances — equities, Sukuk, gold, REITs, cash.
A portfolio kept aligned. We help you keep it in tune with your situation and the conditions. Then you decide whether to act.
Hours of analysis, compressed into a fifteen-minute ritual. The work is done; you look, you understand, you decide. We don't just hand you the engine and leave — we keep the road and the weather visible, so you can move with clarity without letting the markets consume your life. The read equips you; the decision is yours alone, before Allah.
What TMI does not do: it never tells you what to buy or sell. It shows you the conditions, the suggestion, and whether you are still aligned — and you make the decision, before Allah.
And there is a deeper reason this matters. Your time is on the exam too. Every hour lost to watching markets is an hour not spent on what actually counts — and your time is better suited to what is more beneficial than chasing the markets.
“By time, indeed mankind is in loss — except those who have believed and done righteous deeds, and advised each other to truth, and advised each other to patience.”
Qurʾān 103:1–3 (Al-ʿAṣr) · translation of the meaning
The portfolio is not the destination. It is an engine. Clean income, suited to you, that frees your time and your heart for what actually multiplies — worship, family, and giving.
Part Three · The Giving
A clean, well-built portfolio exists for one reason: so you can give. The system ends where its whole purpose was pointing. It has two halves.
The right Allah placed in your money for those in need. Your Zakat tool makes the calculation simple and certain — so the obligation is met without doubt.
Open the Zakat toolThe voluntary giving that carries the highest return there is. The world will offer you many returns — none of them are this.
“The example of those who spend their money in the way of Allah is that of a grain that grows seven ears, in each ear a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies for whom He wills.”
Qurʾān 2:261 (Al-Baqarah) · translation of the meaning
That is not a feeling about giving. It is the return Allah wrote down: seven ears, a hundred grains each — 700×, and more for whom He wills. No market return competes with a reward promised by the Lord of the worlds.
Ready to make your intention conscious?
Start with the Pledge — free“I sit where institutional money meets Islamic responsibility. I manage over $500 million for people who chose to invest for their Akhirah when they could have taken the conventional route — fifteen years inside Islamic markets, where avoiding Riba is a daily professional discipline, not a slogan.
I'm not telling you this because I've arrived. The Day of Judgment is my destination too, and I have not reached it. I'm simply further along the same road — so I built The Muslim Investor, so that neither of us walks it alone.”
— Mehdi, Founder

The Foundation — the Pledge, the Profile, the Compass, the Mirror — is free, always. The Engine, the weekly read, and the dashboard are nine dollars a month. The work is serious: the same knowledge I steward for people managing real money. The price is low so that cost is never the reason a Muslim can't begin preparing his own answer.
The Foundation is free because accountability should not be gated. The membership exists to sustain the work and keep the system improving. The more Muslims this helps, the more we ask Allah to make it count for everyone involved.
Free. No account to begin. The first clean answer you'll have ready.
I begin this journey not merely to learn about finance, but to answer a call from my soul. I recognize that my wealth, my time, and my knowledge are not my own; they are an Amanah — a sacred trust from Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. My goal is not just profit, my goal is purity.
My ultimate metric is not the return on my investment,Therefore, with Allah as my witness, I make this niyyah (intention) and pledge to:
This is my pledge. This is my mission. May Allah accept it from me and make me a source of benefit for the Ummah. Ameen.
Signed in sincere commitment.
Make your niyyah. Set your intention. Begin your Akhirah-first path.
